Description

You will act as the technical escalation point for the Service Desk, own the reliability and security of IT services, lead incident response, and proactively improve systems through automation. You will also mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert across multiple IT domains.

Requirements

  • Experienced with Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Iru, and other enterprise IT services including API-based administration
  • Knowledgeable in virtualization and cloud environments (AWS, VMware, or equivalent)
  • Proficient in scripting with Bash, Python, and/or Ruby
  • Strong networking fundamentals including OSI model
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary escalation point for Service Desk to resolve complex issues
  • Own maintenance, configuration, availability, and business continuity of core IT services
  • Act as Incident Manager during outages and security incidents
  • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
  • Mentor team members and promote IT best practices
