You'll evaluate project requests for IT infrastructure and facilitate investment decisions for a federal law enforcement agency. You'll manage IT investments, conduct business case analyses, and align technology with strategic goals. This role offers exposure to federal budget processes and Capital Planning and Investment Control.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute IT investment management process for value-based decisions
• Create business case and business process analyses with stakeholders
• Conduct market research and analyses of alternatives
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and budget processes

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of consulting or directly relevant industry experience
• 4 years in an IT-related role with multiple disciplines
• Knowledge of federal cost benefit analysis methodologies (BCA, BPA, AoA)
• Working knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (ITAR, SCRM)

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP, CSM, or ITIL certifications
• Knowledge of CPIC, TBM, FITARA, FAR, FedRAMP
• Proficiency in MS PowerApps, Power BI, or advanced Excel
