You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring successful adoption and value realization. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into system configurations and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is fully remote within Australia.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
  • Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide customers through setup and configuration
  • Manage customer data migration processes ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Log and track customer needs and issues using internal CRM systems

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple customers
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain SaaS platforms
  • Experience working with stakeholders across different levels, including senior decision-makers

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with data migration processes
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
