🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Lead architectural decisions and long-term scalability planning.
• Participate in hands-on coding for critical development efforts.
• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for large-scale projects.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in FullStack engineering roles with hands-on development.
• Expertise in distributed systems, micro-services, event-driven architectures.
• Strong hands-on skills in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in backend languages: Node.js OR Go.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in FE tools like VueJS/ReactJS, Micro-Frontend, Webpack.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Firestore, or ClickHouse.
• Experience with observability tools like Sentry, Grafana, ELK.
