As a Shift Lead at Blank Street, you'll lead a team to deliver exceptional coffee and customer experiences in a fast-paced cafe environment. You'll support the General Manager in training staff, driving sales, and building a loyal customer base while creating a positive store culture.

• Strong knowledge of coffee and equipment
• Strong decision-making and multi-tasking skills

• Craft coffee products and serve customers with energy and empathy
• Support GM in training new employees on recipes and processes
• Open and close location safely as key holder
• Handle minor customer issues positively
• Lead operations and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability
