Description

As a Lead Consultant at Celonis, you will help customers accelerate their digital transformation by using Process Intelligence technology. You'll design data-driven insights, build complex data models, and leverage AI/ML to improve business processes.

Requirements

• Min. 7 years experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, or Process Improvement
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML techniques or similar technologies
• Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Celonis implementation projects to optimize solutions for customer pain points
• Design analyses and operational apps enriched with Machine Learning or AI for process transparency
• Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology
• Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align improvement measures
• Quantify business and financial potential and present findings to management
