You'll oversee operational and visual strategy for an ALO store, ensuring customer-ready execution at all times. You'll drive inventory accuracy, labor planning, and visual standards while leading a team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead visual merchandising execution and inventory management
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues
• Manage labor scheduling and payroll budget
• Coach and develop the operations and visual team

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift
• Availability for opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts
