💼 About This Role

You'll lead a growing team of Customer Success Managers in the Asia region, driving customer value and satisfaction for Planet's defense and intelligence clients. Your core impact will be co-owning renewal and expansion targets while serving as executive sponsor for key accounts. This role offers the chance to shape a high-growth region for a mission-driven space and data company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and hire world-class CSM talent in the Asia region
• Serve as executive sponsor for key customer relationships
• Co-own renewal and expansion revenue targets with sales
• Drive customer value and satisfaction across the region

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success or equivalent
• Firm grounding in defence industries including sales, BD, or program management
• Experience in intelligence collection or space-based ISR
• Direct management experience leading a team

• Deep experience with Asian defence organizations
• Strong geopolitical understanding
