You'll lead scalable data engineering efforts that empower cross-functional teams with reliable, timely data. Your work will drive data infrastructure for a high-growth media company reaching 30M+ monthly visitors. You'll own the ingestion and modeling of structured and unstructured data to fuel strategic growth across all business units.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and optimize scalable ETL and data lake processes
• Own ingestion, modeling, and transformation of data
• Partner with BI and Analytics to deliver query-ready datasets
• Maintain database monitoring, anomaly detection, and QA workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data engineering within cloud-native environments
• Deep expertise in Python, SQL, Docker, and AWS (S3, Glue, Kinesis, Athena/Presto)
• Experience building scalable ETL pipelines and data lake infrastructure
• Familiarity with distributed systems, Spark, and data quality best practices

• Experience with Looker dashboards
