Description

You will design and build automation infrastructure to optimize talent acquisition and global mobility workflows, using an AI-first approach to create intelligent, scalable solutions that reduce operational friction.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of software development experience focused on automation and systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier.
• Experience with cloud data infrastructure, especially BigQuery, for queries, data extraction, and integration.
• Proven experience building with AI/LLM APIs, including prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze and prioritize automation opportunities in TA and GloMo workflows.
• Design and build scalable automation solutions using n8n, Zapier, UiPath, and similar platforms.
• Apply AI-first engineering with Claude Code, Claude API, and Glean to develop intelligent, agentic workflows.
• Design and maintain seamless data flows between TA and GloMo systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Contribute to internal tools and systems, progressively integrating with Nubank's core engineering stack.
