💼 About This Role

You'll join Prodigal's Strategy Operations team, the consulting arm of an AI-native company building Agentic AI applications for consumer finance. You will own strategies end-to-end, from design to live execution, with direct measurable impact on real business outcomes. This role offers accelerated learning, full ownership, and continuous exposure to CXOs in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop structured experimentation frameworks and analyze results to refine strategy.
• Partner with data science teams to operationalize models for collections and customer engagement.
• Create dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.
• Lead execution of A/B tests to optimize service delivery and product improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field from a Tier 1 college.
• Deep interest in consulting or product management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, and Tableau/other BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
