You'll architect and ship the foundational platform that enables AI agents to operate as integrated participants in Pinterest's software development lifecycle. Your work will define how 3,000+ engineers build alongside AI agents, transforming the entire SDLC into an AI-native lifecycle. This is a rare opportunity to lead a startup-within-a-company at one of the world's largest discovery platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive Pinterest's technical strategy for agentic engineering.
• Architect and ship production systems for agent runtimes, memory, and orchestration.
• Reimagine Pinterest's SDLC into an AI-native lifecycle.
• Own developer velocity measurement through telemetry and evaluation systems.
• Serve as technical force multiplier across Platform, Infrastructure, and Engineering Acceleration.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience in developer platforms or internal tooling.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping agentic AI systems in production.
• Experience with large-scale monorepos or complex multi-service codebases.
• Deep expertise in multi-agent orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
