You'll represent and manage the careers of fashion models, athletes, and influencers at Canada's largest multidisciplinary talent management group. You'll work with a team of experienced agents in a highly flexible, hybrid environment. Enjoy unlimited vacation and Freestyle Fridays ending at 2 PM.

• Represent and manage careers of assigned talent
• Negotiate contracts and booking terms
• Coordinate schedules and client communications
• Develop strategies for talent career growth

📋 Requirements

• Experience in talent management or related field
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of fashion and entertainment industry
• Fluency in English and French

• Existing network in modeling or sports
• Experience with social media influencer management
• Familiarity with contract law
