💼 About This Role

You'll join the leadership team at a child care center in the North Shore area of Massachusetts, spending 50% of your week in classrooms modeling best practices. You'll partner with the Center Director to support operations, compliance, staff development, and family engagement. This is a visible, relationship-driven leadership role built on trust and collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead in-ratio teaching across age groups for 50% of the week
• Model developmentally appropriate practice and classroom management
• Support daily operations and maintain MA EEC compliance
• Coach teachers on lesson planning and child development

📋 Requirements

• Massachusetts EEC Director 2 Certification required
• Associate’s Degree / CDA and additional experience
• CPR & First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
