Description

You will build relationships with dealer clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work with internal teams to drive customer retention and growth. This role focuses on growing CarGurus' customer base in the US market through prospecting, sales calls, and account management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years proven inside sales experience and closing ability
  • Strong account management skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong internal motivation
  • Sandler Sales Training is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create, preserve, and grow relationships within designated book of business
  • Identify and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Grow book of business through new acquisition partnerships
  • Increase revenue per client by re-negotiating subscription rates
  • Partner with Account Manager and Product Specialist for retention and product introductions
