You'll lead technical SEO optimization and keyword research to drive organic traffic for Picnic. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that make the Picnic website a top acquisition channel. This role offers a chance to shape SEO strategy in a fast-growing international environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search intent
• Analyze and enhance technical SEO: crawlability, indexability, page speed
• Monitor performance and provide reporting on organic search

📋 Requirements

• MSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or similar
• 1-2 years of experience as SEO Specialist in international environment
• Deep understanding of technical SEO including site architecture and structured data
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

• Fluent in French or German
• Experience with Content Management Systems and direct website changes
