🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead planning and execution of testing strategies across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain automation processes and frameworks.
• Analyze requirements to define and validate comprehensive test coverage.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on QA best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional QA or software testing experience.
• Proven experience with automation testing tools like Selenium or Mabl.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, regression, and integration.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading QA team members.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with Mabl.
• Prior experience as an SDET or similar technical QA role.
