You'll collaborate cross-functionally to maintain financial integrity and support month-end close. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Process high-volume vendor invoices with three-way match
• Execute weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Maintain vendor master file and reconcile statements
• Assist with month-end close and AP sub-ledger reconciliation

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years hands-on accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with AP automation tools (Bill.com, Tipalti)
• Prior exposure to 1099 preparation and multi-entity environments
