💼 About This Role

You'll join the AI Platforms team to collect and analyze requirements for AI components like chat and RAG pipelines. You'll drive delivery end-to-end and facilitate cross-team alignment on scope and risks. This role offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art AI models in a supportive, high-tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect and analyze requirements for AI platform components
• Translate requirements into clear specifications and drive delivery
• Facilitate communication between LLM Engineers, Backend, Product, and Ops teams
• Identify root causes of issues in AI pipelines and coordinate fixes

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with AI tools or prototypes
• Ability to set clear deliverables for engineering teams
• Experience in cross-team collaboration with Product, DS/ML, Backend, QA
• B2 or higher English for effective international communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Superset, Tableau) and SQL/Python
• Understanding of APIs (REST/gRPC, Kafka) and streaming
• Exposure to LLMs, vector databases, and model registries (MLflow)
