You'll lead a product team behind NordPass, a password manager trusted by 7M+ users and 10,000+ global companies. Your impact spans growth metrics, compliance, and tech innovation—optimizing activation funnels, navigating GDPR, and spec'ing CLI tools. This role is the strategic glue across product growth metrics, compliance labyrinths, and cutting-edge tech innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a cross-functional product team through discovery and delivery.
• Define and track product health metrics like activation and retention.
• Partner with stakeholders across research, sales, marketing, legal, and engineering.
• Operate as a triad with Engineering Manager and Product Designer.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS.
• Comfort with analytics and growth metrics like activation funnels.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, CLIs, or AI protocols with engineers.
• A generalist mindset thriving in ambiguity and context-switching.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with authentication and identity domains.
• Familiarity with agentic AI or developer-friendly CLIs.
• Knowledge of Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).
