🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in Entrata and CMMS systems
• Perform routine maintenance including appliance repair, carpentry, and plumbing
• Inspect vacated apartments and coordinate necessary repairs
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and systems

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 Type I certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to obtain
