You'll manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting. You'll collaborate across teams to provide operational insights and contribute to the financial performance of Allied's portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading property management software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare journal entries and monthly operating costs
• Review financial statements and provide variance analysis
• Prepare annual operating cost and tax recovery adjustments
• Maintain fixed asset module and amortization entries

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of property accounting experience
• University degree or college diploma in accounting
• Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills
• Interest in pursuing CPA designation

• Bilingual (French and English)
