💼 About This Role

You'll lead analytics and insights for Revolution Medicines' Lung franchise, driving launch planning and commercialization readiness for RAS-targeted oncology assets. You'll shape franchise strategy through data-driven insights while operating as a player/coach, directly conducting high-priority analyses and building a high-performing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead generation of strategic insights from market research and advanced analytics.
• Operate as a player/coach, conducting critical analyses and mentoring team members.
• Partner with forecasting, finance, and portfolio strategy teams to inform forecast development.
• Oversee design and execution of primary and secondary market research.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA or equivalent).
• 12+ years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma, or consulting.
• Deep oncology experience, with strong preference for lung cancer.
• Leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams.
