🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect fault-tolerant, high-performance microservices for millions of concurrent users.
• Lead system design reviews and make cross-team architectural decisions.
• Develop and deploy backend features using Kotlin, Spring Boot, Python, Django, and React.
• Optimize low-latency systems using Kafka and Redis.
• Mentor engineers across teams through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep proficiency in Kotlin, Spring Boot, Python, Django, and React.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Redis in production.
