You'll conduct psychiatric assessments and manage medications remotely for a mission-driven mental health startup. You'll collaborate with therapists using measurement-based care tools to improve client outcomes. This part-time role offers truly flexible scheduling with no nights or weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 60-minute psychiatric assessments and 30-minute management sessions.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications including controlled substances.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
• Partner with therapists through integrated care plans and team consultations.

📋 Requirements

• Board-certified as a PMHNP-BC
• Active license to practice in Washington DC as a PMHNP
• 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP
• Active DEA license in Washington DC
