- Manage daily client communication via Slack, email, and CRM.

π Requirements
- 3β5 years experience in customer success or account management.
- Experience with eCommerce clients or marketing/advertising agency.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work US business hours (EST/PST).
