๐ผ About This Role
You'll own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles at a fast-growing fintech that is redefining consumer lending with AI and Open Banking. You'll also mentor sourcers and recruiters, and help shape how we scale hiring as we expand into new markets.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across engineering and related functions
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-quality technical talent
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and align on hiring approaches
- Improve and streamline recruitment processes and implement better tools
- Maintain and develop ATS (Ashby) for clean data and smooth process
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years experience in technical recruitment, ideally in high-growth startups or fintech
- Strong track record hiring for engineering and technical roles across levels
- Confident working with hiring managers and stakeholders, influencing decisions
- Strong sourcing ability beyond inbound, building targeted pipelines

- Experience with Ashby ATS
- Background in fintech or scaleup environments
