• Develop training programs to help teams adopt AI tools effectively.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in creative operations or production management.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools like Figma, Typeface, or GenStudio.
• Proven ability to design workflow improvements that increase efficiency.
• Experience leading change management and technology adoption initiatives.

• Familiarity with DAM platforms, CMS tools, and project management systems.
• Experience mentoring creative teams on AI workflow optimization.
• Availability to travel within the United States when needed.
