📋 Requirements

• Valid broker license for your province.
• 1+ years of P&C experience.
• Skill in translating complex insurance concepts into clear language.
• Proven ability to utilize a BMS or other digital tools.

• CIP, CAIB, or CRM designation.
• Previous commercial broking experience.
