Description

You will direct and coordinate all aspects of nursing at a 16-bed crisis stabilization facility, including infection control, pharmacy, quality assurance, and staff education, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You'll also support marketing and networking efforts to grow referral sources in an underserved community.

Requirements

• Current licensure in California as a Registered Nurse
• At least 1 year of nursing supervision experience within the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing services including infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education
• Ensure compliance with program policies and procedures and timely completion of reporting requirements
• Maintain quality improvement activities in line with licensing and accrediting policies
• Support development of marketing strategy and networking with referral sources
