💼 About This Role

You'll join our Customer Retention team, connecting with existing customers to introduce and sell M-KOPA's innovative products. Your core impact will be achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships. This role directly supports our mission of driving financial inclusion across Africa.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively sell additional M-KOPA products to existing customers
• Achieve campaign conversion and sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally
• Maintain accurate records and provide feedback to the team lead

📋 Requirements

• HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• 2+ years in a corporate environment, preferably BPO or call center
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
