💼 About This Role

You'll lead federal advocacy strategies for early cancer detection policies at a mission-driven diagnostics company. You'll shape legislative frameworks and build coalitions to drive meaningful change in U.S. health policy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead federal advocacy strategies promoting GRAIL's mission and business objectives.
  • Build relationships with Members of Congress, committee staff, and executive branch officials.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in healthcare, diagnostics, and innovation policy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to align messaging with corporate priorities.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in federal legislative affairs, preferably in healthcare or life sciences policy.
  • Proven track record navigating the federal legislative process and relevant agencies (CMS, FDA, NIH).
  • Deep familiarity with healthcare coverage and reimbursement policy, including Medicare.
  • Established network of relationships in Congress and industry trade associations.

  • Background in coalition building or strategic communications.
  • Previous work in a mission-driven healthcare organization.
