💼 About This Role
You'll lead federal advocacy strategies for early cancer detection policies at a mission-driven diagnostics company. You'll shape legislative frameworks and build coalitions to drive meaningful change in U.S. health policy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and lead federal advocacy strategies promoting GRAIL's mission and business objectives.
- Build relationships with Members of Congress, committee staff, and executive branch officials.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in healthcare, diagnostics, and innovation policy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to align messaging with corporate priorities.
📋 Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in federal legislative affairs, preferably in healthcare or life sciences policy.
- Proven track record navigating the federal legislative process and relevant agencies (CMS, FDA, NIH).
- Deep familiarity with healthcare coverage and reimbursement policy, including Medicare.
- Established network of relationships in Congress and industry trade associations.
