💼 About This Role

You'll support our Facility Management Lab Germany in Düsseldorf or Ludwigsfelde, blending strategic projects with operational tasks. You'll take ownership of data-driven process optimization and on-site hub auditing to drive operational excellence at a fast-growing tech scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze operator responsibility and contractual interfaces with landlords
• Optimize waste and recycling management processes
• Manage ticket triage for technical disruptions
• Audit 5-7 last-mile hubs for safety, lighting, and waste

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing B.Sc. in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Strong understanding of technical building equipment (TGA) and German operator knowledge
• Fluent German and very good English
• Valid class B driver's license
