💼 About This Role

You'll shape the scientific payer/access strategy for a late-stage oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers. You'll cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in managed care organizations, ensuring appropriate patient access and evidence-based utilization of our products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define US clinical value strategy and scientific messaging for pipeline and marketed assets.
• Lead high-level scientific and value discussions with commercial and government payers.
• Engage access stakeholders in non-promotional dialogue on clinical outcomes and real-world evidence.
• Support pathway, guideline, and formulary-relevant engagement with medical insight.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced doctoral level degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) required.
• 10-13+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology Medical Affairs or managed care.
• Significant experience engaging payer and access decision makers at a senior or executive level.
• Prior MSL or Managed Care Liaison role strongly preferred.
