You'll own the full regional P&L for EMEA, leading sales, marketing, and fulfillment to drive growth and operational excellence. Your impact will be measured by revenue, margin, and customer delivery performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own regional P&L and forecast
• Lead and develop sales organization across EMEA
• Approve deal structure and pricing exceptions
• Partner with marketing on regional spend
• Drive fulfillment performance and customer experience

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years commercial leadership experience
• 3-5 years owning a regional or full-business P&L
• Track record leading SMB sales through material growth
• Experience in marketplace or supply-chain-heavy B2B environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Diamond, jewelry, or high-value goods industry exposure
• Experience in multi-region company with peer GMs
• Proficiency in a second European language
