💼 About This Role

You'll lead learning initiatives for a health tech company, designing and developing high-quality learning experiences for software products. You'll own the full project lifecycle from discovery to evaluation, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate insights into workflow-based learning journeys.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead learning initiatives end-to-end, including project plans and stakeholder management.
  • Diagnose adoption gaps and translate insights into workflow-based learning journeys.
  • Design and develop learning experiences across formats (eCourses, videos, job aids).
  • Own evaluation strategy by defining success measures and analyzing feedback data.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years designing adult learning solutions for software products or complex processes.
  • Expertise in learning design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, agile learning development).
  • Advanced skill using modern learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Canva).
  • Experience partnering with SMEs to deliver prescriptive learning recommendations.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Education/certification in instructional design or related field.
  • Experience with healthcare software or LTPAC/senior living industry.
  • Familiarity with PointClickCare solutions and product release cycles.
