💼 About This Role
You'll lead learning initiatives for a health tech company, designing and developing high-quality learning experiences for software products. You'll own the full project lifecycle from discovery to evaluation, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate insights into workflow-based learning journeys.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead learning initiatives end-to-end, including project plans and stakeholder management.
- Diagnose adoption gaps and translate insights into workflow-based learning journeys.
- Design and develop learning experiences across formats (eCourses, videos, job aids).
- Own evaluation strategy by defining success measures and analyzing feedback data.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years designing adult learning solutions for software products or complex processes.
- Expertise in learning design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, agile learning development).
- Advanced skill using modern learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Canva).
- Experience partnering with SMEs to deliver prescriptive learning recommendations.
✨ Nice to Have
- Education/certification in instructional design or related field.
- Experience with healthcare software or LTPAC/senior living industry.
- Familiarity with PointClickCare solutions and product release cycles.
