Description
You will own and architect the full-funnel marketing strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and lead capture through multi-channel campaigns. You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to accelerate pipeline growth and build scalable, repeatable programs, with a clear path to team leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in demand generation or growth marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel campaigns from strategy to execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize performance
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize full-funnel demand gen strategies including lead scoring, lifecycle management, and ABM
- Manage demand gen budget across channels to ensure spend efficiency and alignment with goals
- Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Ops, Sales, and Customer Success on lead definitions and pipeline goals
- Drive data-driven experimentation and optimization to refine channel mix and create repeatable playbooks
- Leverage AI and automation for research, analytics, campaign ideation, and prospect engagement
