You'll lead digital revenue growth for a local market by driving sales of programmatic advertising, SEO, and social media solutions at Townsquare Media. You'll combine broadcast and digital strategy to help small and mid-sized businesses grow. This role offers the opportunity to own market performance with a digital-first mindset.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive digital revenue growth for the market
• Lead adoption of programmatic, search, social, video, and OTT/CTV solutions
• Coach Account Executives on consultative selling and digital strategy
• Analyze campaign performance to drive optimization and renewals

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales management experience in digital or broadcast media
• Experience selling programmatic, search, social, video, and OTT/CTV solutions
• Proven track record of driving digital revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategies and performance metrics

• Radio or broadcast experience
