Description

As an Operations Associate, you will drive profitability and efficiency in the store by executing inventory management, maintaining visual standards, and supporting key operational functions. You'll work with the Operations Visual Management team to ensure optimal results.

Requirements

• Experience in retail operations or inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with store leadership
• Familiarity with stockroom standards and safety
• Part-time availability

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating as needed
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Manage reports, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relationships
