💼 About This Role

You'll join a PT-led outpatient practice providing 1:1 patient care with lower-than-industry caseloads and AI-supported documentation. Your clinical autonomy drives treatment plans while built-in mentorship ensures sustainable growth. This role prioritizes clinician wellbeing over productivity metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 patient care with less than 12 patients per day
• Develop and implement plan of care with clinical autonomy
• Utilize AI-supported documentation and Prompt EMR
• Collaborate with Exercise Specialists to support treatment flow

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Active PT license or eligibility to obtain one
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team
