You'll be the first People team member in Portugal, shaping our culture and managing end-to-end employee journeys. You'll ensure seamless onboarding, payroll, and compliance while building a fantastic local workplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
• Provide guidance on policies and benefits to employees
• Manage benefits administration and compliance
• Maintain accurate employee data across systems
• Process payroll with external provider

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years in People Operations or HR role
• Experience in a tech company
• Self-starter mentality with autonomy
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
