Description

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, owning the relationship from onboarding through long-term value realization. Partner with Sales to build credibility, drive alignment, and ensure customers achieve tangible value from CockroachDB while managing risks and identifying expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of Customer Success experience with enterprise accounts
  • Strong program management skills
  • Ability to develop deep product knowledge and understand database technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in London, UK

Responsibilities

  • Own 8-12 strategic accounts end to end (onboarding, adoption, health, risk, renewals, expansion)
  • Define and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to business objectives and time-to-value
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews with senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Professional Services to remove blockers
  • Proactively identify and partner with Sales on expansion opportunities to grow ARR
