You'll balance conceptual leadership with hands-on design, working closely with product, research, and engineering teams to transform technical innovation into inspiring visual expression. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead creative direction and visual language for LTX across all touchpoints.
• Partner with product, research, and engineering teams to explore new design capabilities.
• Stay hands-on in designing, prototyping, and iterating on visuals that showcase LTX tools.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience shaping visual identity and creative direction across digital brands.
• Deep fluency in design with mastery of visual fundamentals and cultural sensibility spanning art, film, photography, graphic design, and emerging media.
• Proven experience building and evolving brand guidelines and scalable design systems.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI and 3D design tools.
