🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up new employer schemes and facilitate application processing
• Support scheme renewals with employers and insurance providers
• Process policy changes including joiners, leavers, and dependents
• Act as first-line investigator for benefit and policy queries

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, insurance, or benefits administration
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Clear written communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
