You'll be the friendly, helpful face of event spaces at a well-known tech company, providing on-site support to clients and the Event Management team. Your core impact is ensuring smooth event execution by proactively addressing issues and assisting with last-minute needs. This entry-level role offers a welcoming entry into the event industry within a global brand experience agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as visible point of contact for event hosts and attendees
• Act as a runner fulfilling last-minute requests from the team
• Liaise with service partners to facilitate quick issue resolution
• Assist with room setups and distribution of event materials

📋 Requirements

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends
• Must be fluent in English
