You'll prepare and verify financial data for joint ventures at Scion, a leader in student living. You'll generate timely financial reports and ensure accuracy in accounting efforts. This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity in a fast-paced corporate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements.
• Complete accounting for REITs and joint venture entities.
• Prepare reconciliations of intercompany balances.
• Respond to inquiries from external auditors.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
