💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end cost accounting and partner with Operations to drive forecast accuracy and margin reporting for a networking hardware leader. This role combines technical accounting with strategic business insights to improve process controls and support strategic planning. You'll lead cost roll-ups and variance analysis while collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen inventory controls and reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own standard costing, inventory valuation, and COGS reporting
• Manage month-end close activities for inventory and cost allocations
• Analyze cost variances and drive corrective actions with Operations
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for COGS and inventory

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience with cost accounting
• Experience with standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large datasets

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA and/or CMA preferred
• Oracle ERP experience
• BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL)
