Description

You will lead strategic development for internal platforms, partner-facing tools, and third-party integrations at Blink Health, a healthcare technology company focused on making prescriptions accessible and affordable. You'll build from scratch with a small, sharp team, owning cross-functional work across Engineering, Data, and Operations to simplify complex pharmacy workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with platform tools, internal systems, or integrations
• Previous experience as a software engineer or in a technical implementation role preferred
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems
• Experience defining and shipping AI/ML-powered product features
• Data-driven with history of using data to inform decisions

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and priorities for internal and external tools and backend services
• Lead roadmap for external system integrations
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Legal to scope and build technical solutions
• Design reusable product components, workflows, and APIs
• Define success metrics, analyze performance, and improve tools based on data and feedback
