🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage innovation project goals across marketing, sales, operations, and technology
• Coordinate task management of 5–10 contracted experts
• Drive marketing initiatives including website launches and campaigns
• Serve as cross-functional liaison ensuring clean handoffs
• Translate high-level direction into detailed project plans and timelines

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in project management, marketing operations, or related execution role
• Marketing background supporting go-to-market work like website launches
• Fluency with ClickUp or similar PM tools for complex projects
• Comfort with AI tools to improve speed and quality
• Experience collaborating with C-suite and Director-level stakeholders
