Description

You will lead the production of high-quality medical content for oncology projects, including publications planning and medical affairs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timely delivery. You'll provide scientific leadership, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with clients and key opinion leaders.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance
• Ability to write across multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in oncology and antibody drug conjugate (ADC) class preferred
• Excellent communication skills across print and digital media
• Proven ability to oversee and develop junior team members

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality medical content aligned with client objectives and budget
• Provide scientific leadership and strategic direction on oncology accounts
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior scientific staff
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, KOLs, and third-party suppliers
• Lead multi-writer projects and contribute to business development
